Now, In the New Millennium, South Chicago Neighbrohood rises from the slag and steel. It's long denied position among the cities premier lakefront destinations is made possible with renown developers MacCaffery Interests Inc. and Westrum Development Company embarking on their most ambitious project in Chicago history.
